1. Warm Temperature
If you are experiencing ear pain you could put a warm heating pad or warm cloth under your ear. This can relieve or reduce the pain you are experiencing.
You could also use warm coconut oil or baby oil. Be careful on heating the oil, too much heat can burn your skin or damage your eardrum. You must keep in mind that the oil must be warm and not hot. You must be comfortable to its temperature. You could drop some oil to your ear to reduce the pain.
